Xiaomi Redmi 4 & Redmi Note 4 Spotted on TENAA – Specs And Features Revealed

The regulatory agency TENAA offered recently on their website some information about the specs of the two most awaited devices made by Xiaomi, supposedly the Redmi 4 and the Redmi Note 4. Up until now, there have been only rumors that Xiaomi will indeed be holding a conference on the 25th of August, where they will release their next two devices from the Redmi range.

This listing that appeared on the TENAA confirms the rumors and makes them seem more credible, since it’s less than a week until the 25th of August. Moreover, there have also been some images spotted recently containing the specs for the Redmi Note 4 and it seems that they match the info released on TENAA.

Redmi 4

According to the website, the phone that is supposedly the Xiaomi Redmi 4 has a display measuring 5 inches and offering a 1080p resolution. It runs on a 1.8 GHz processor, which should be a MediaTek Helio P10. Also, it offers 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory. The camera on the back has 13 MP, while the one on the front only 5 MP. The phone is supposed to come with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow pre-installed and it will use a 4,000 mAh battery. Surprisingly, the list also mentions an infrared feature.

The other device, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, would have a 5.5 inches display and the same 1080p resolution. It will run a 2 GHz processor, also suspected to be a Helio X20 one and not the Snapdragon people were speculating until now. It seems that this one will come in two versions, one that has 2 GB RAM/ 16 GB internal memory and another with 3 GB RAM/ 32 GB memory. The cameras, the battery and the OS seem to be identical to the first model.
