Just days after the launch of MIUI 9, Mi 5X, along with many other things, the company is now believed to be working on its next big project, Mi Note 3. In 2016 October, Xiaomi had announced Mi Note 2, which became quite popular. Believing on statistics, it seemed that the company will release Mi Note 3 in October this year, but recent leaks have suggested that the company might launch in August itself.
As per as the report published in MyDrivers, the Mi Note 3 could launch two months before expected. The report says that people in the supply chain have claimed that the smartphone would launch by the end of this quarter, which means either in August or in September.
Now, we expect that like its predecessor, the Mi Note 3, would also feature some high-end specification. As far as leaked specifications are concerned, we believe that the device would feature Snapdragon 835 octa-core chipset with 6GB with 64/128GM of internal storage, 5.7 inches full HD AMOLED, 4000mAh battery with fast charging support, along with 12MP dual sensor at the back and 8MP at front.
In camera, few sources have suggested that there would be Optical Image Stabilization support and 2K video recording support, which is again a very good thing. The device would run on MIUI 9, on top of Android Nougat and is also believed that the device might get the Android O update. Additionally, the device would get USB Type C support, front mounted fingerprint scanner.
As of now, it is expected that the device would come in three color variants – Black, Gold, and Silver. As far as pricing is concerned, it is believed that the device would get a price tag of 500EUR, which is equivalent to Rs 35,000.
