Just a few days ago, the Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo, confirmed that X20 will launch on September 21st and now again the company has confirmed via its Weibo account that the X20 will also have a special Mars Intelligent Agency Edition. As per as reports, this special edition will get a full black finish and will be launched alongside the regular X20.
The Weibo post includes some images of the X20 MIA edition in full black, however, the company didn’t reveal any other information such as pricing or availability. Believing on some unverified rumors, this special edition would feature more powerful processor than what we are expecting in regular X20. For those, who don’t know what’s this “Mars Intelligence Agency”, then it is a popular TV show in China.
As a reminder, regular X20 is believed to come with Snapdragon 660 chipset alongside 6GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage. As far as other specifications are concerned, the regular X20 is believed to get a 5.8 inch AMOLED display, Android Nougat out of the box, fast charging support, 24MP dual camera sensor on the back and 24MP single camera sensor on the front.
Additionally, the device is also expected to come with DSP image processing technology, a new technology by Vivo for better photography experience. Sadly, we have no information about its pricing but some unverified sources have claimed that the regular X20 may get a price tag of around $350.
