Back at CES 2017, Xiaomi announced that the amazing Mi Mix, the smartphone declared by many tech authorities as one of the best looking models ever made, will also be available in a Pearl White version, to the delight of everybody who was looking forward to buying it, but a black version wasn’t that appealing.
Except the colour, there aren’t any differences, as proven by a set of images released online, detailing the whole unboxing process of the handset.
Besides the actual Pearl White Mi Mix, users will receive a charger, a pin for removing the SIM slot and a really nice white case. But come on, who wants to cover such a beauty of a phone with a case?!
The smartphone comes with a 6.4″ display, rocking a resolution of 1080 x 2040 pixels, while under the hood it has a Snapdragon 821 chip, with a quad-core configuration, running at 2.35GHz, aided by 6 GB of RAM.
In terms of storage, the Pearl White Mi Mix, as well as the black version, comes with either 128 or 256 GB of storage, while on the back it has a 16 MP camera, with f/2.0 aperture, EIS, PDAF and an LED flash. Finally, the selfie unit is a 5 MP sensor. Both cameras are provided by OmniVision.
We shouldn’t forget about the 4,400mAh battery, with Quick Charge 3.0 support, or the fingerprint scanner, placed conveniently on the back of the phone, under the camera. You can charge it through a USB Type-C port. The Pearl White Mi Mix has a starting price of about $510.
