Sony Xperia XZ1, the upcoming smartphone from the house of Sony, seems to have gotten ready to be launched at the forthcoming event, IFA in Berlin, on September 10th of this year. Yes, just yesterday the images of the phone’s back panel surfaced; and today, some live images covering the whole device has been leaked online, which clearly stands in line with the previous leaks.
The new leak have also revealed a few key specifications, along with the overall design outlook. According to the pictures, the device sports a 5.2 inches HDR display; powered by a Snapdragon 835 SoC, under the hood; 19-MP rear camera with LED flash; and a 13-MP selfie snapper, up front. Well, this is the first time, a HDR display is used in the XZ Premium series.
When it comes to the design, the phone seems to have a metal chassis with a considerably massive top and bottom bezels. The right side of the device holds the power, volume and camera buttons; while in the left side, we could spot a hybrid microSD/SIM card slot. It is IP65/68 certified, to illustrate its water and dust resistance capabilities.
For further astonishment, the handset incorporates the Sony’s 3D creator feature, for creating 3-dimensional images and videos; and has S-Force surround sound for delivering Hi-Res audio. On the memory aspects, the smartphone is expected to include a 64GB internal memory and 4GB RAM.
The other probable things are that the device might hide a fingerprint scanner in its power button; comes with the Nougat update. As per anticipations, it will be up for sale, soon after its launch. However, the battery capacity and the price of the device are still in question.
