Do you know that, Sony is planning to expand its Xperia series? Yes! After launching the phablet-sized devices, like the Z Ultra, and Xperia XA Ultra, now the fantastic handset maker is reportedly working on a new Xperia phablet – dubbed as the Sony Xperia X Ultra. Recently, the concept renders of the said device had surfaced online.
The renders have shown the first look of the upcoming Sony Xperia X Ultra, with an amazing display size, featuring 21:9 aspect ratio. To be precise, the device is expected to be equipped with a big display, which is taller than the latest device like Galaxy S8 (18:5:9 ratio) and the LG G6 (18:9 ratio).
Moreover, on seeing the alleged renders, we can confirm that the device will sport a 6.45-inch display. However, the leak have not evoked any details about the display resolution, yet there are chances for it, to get a 1080p display, while there will be extra pixel to cope-up the long display screen.
Apart from the display, the new Xperia X Ultra would be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset. Further, it will be coupled with a 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage. Moving to the camera part, there is a 19 MP main camera and a 13MP secondary camera.
Besides, the device will hold its power from a 3,050mAh battery (capable of Quick Charge 3.0) and would run on Android 7.0 Nougat of Sony’s version. We can also expect an IP68 rating, to withstand water immersions and dust.
Finally, the renders also shows that the device will hold dual speakers and will be made available with two color options, such as Red and grey. Sony has received many good rewards on its Xperia X product line-up and expectantly, the upcoming one will also retain the fame. Hopefully, the device will hit the shelves very soon.
