Samsung has recently launched three new devices in the J Pro series for its Malaysian customers. Now the devices are Galaxy J7 Pro, Galaxy J5 Pro, and Galaxy J3 Pro. Additionally, Samsung is selling a year of extended warranty for the customers who buy the device before 30th September.
Samsung J7 Pro and J5 Pro are mid-range devices which run on Exynos 7870 Octa-Core chipset coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32/64GB of internal storage. There is a dedicated microSD card slot in both devices which support external memory up to 256GB. In both devices, Mali-T830MP2 is used for decent graphics quality.
As far as the camera is concerned, these both devices have 13MP of rear side camera and 13MP of a front-facing camera. The only difference between two devices is display size and battery size. J7 Pro comes with 5.5 inches full HD Super AMOLED display and 3,600mAh battery whereas the J5 Pro comes with 5.2 inches 720p Super AMOLED display and 3,000mAH battery.
Now, the J3 Pro, which is an entry level device and runs on Snapdragon 410 chipset coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. J3 Pro has an 8MP camera at back and 5MP on the front. It gets power from a 2600mAh battery.
Here, one thing is to notice that no any device has fast charging capability. J7 Pro and J5 Pro runs on Android Nougat whereas the J3 Pro runs still on Android Lollipop, which is quite outdated. As far as pricing is concerned, J7 Pro gets a price tag of 1,299 MYR, J5 Pro gets a price tag of 1,149 MYR and J3 Pro gets a price tag of 699 MYR.
