Lately, leaks related to the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 are constantly hitting the Web, giving us a lot of details about the way the South Korean manufacturer’s handset will look. For example, today, a live image of the handset made the rounds online, revealing the full front!
Posted on Twitter by Veniamin Geskin, who has been revealing leaked renders and concept designs lately, the image looks pretty real and we have all the reasons to believe that the phone it shows is the actual Samsung Galaxy S8, since it matches the previously leaked renders.
To be more specific, we’re talking about a huge display, with pronounced side curved on the left and right. Also, it seems that Samsung will stick just to the ‘edge’ design for its flagship, since there’s nothing about a Galaxy S8 with a flat screen until date.
The image also confirms the lack of a physical home button, but, unfortunately, the screen is off, so we can’t see if it will indeed have on-screen buttons. And finally, we can observe those incredibly thin bezels, creating a very elegant and premium look.
A few days ago, a couple of 3D renders with the Galaxy S8 were revealed by a case manufacturer and we can observe that this leaked images matches them exactly, so we won’t be surprised if the final version will look exactly like this.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to make its official debut on April 18 and feature a 5.0″ display, with a Snapdragon 835 under the hood, aided by 4 or 6 GB of RAM. Also, unlike other flagships released lately, it does have a 3.5mm audio jack, accompanied by a set of stereo speakers. There are rumors about a bigger version as well, the Galaxy S8 Plus, with a 6.0″ display and a dual camera system.
