More details of the much expected Samsung Galaxy S8 is surfacing online ahead of the smartphone’s expected release which has been slated for April according to tech enthusiasts and analysts.
Earlier today, the Samsung S8 and the S8 Plus variants’ 3D render image leaked online which showed that the smartphone will indeed sport the curved edge technology which had been rumored to b a major feature of all variants of the expected smartphone. The leak also suggested the possible dimension of the Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus as Samsung went bog on the design by reducing the bezel on the top portion of both variants. Also, the Galaxy S8 Plus in screen size trumps what we know in the Galaxy S7 Edge while the S8 itself, being a little smaller than the S7 makes up for its smaller size with a wider screen and of course, a sleek design.
Following the 3D render which surfaced online, the official model numbers of the smartphones have also been released online which prepares us all for the next big thing in the mobile tech market.
Recall that Samsung, last year labeled the Galaxy S7 SM-G930 and the S7 Edge SM-G935 and based on this, earlier rumors and projections held that Samsung might be looking at labeling the S8 and S8 Plus SM-G940 and SM-G945 respectively. However the table seems to have turned as the smartphone company has gone in a totally different route.
