Nokia 8, which is believed as a first high-end device from the company after getting relaunched this year. HMD Global has already confirmed the launch event (Aug 16), where we are expecting Nokia 8 announcement. Anyway, we are here talking about the recent leak, which is a set of live pictures of the device. And seeing the leak images, it is believed that Nokia 8 may come in Gold-Copper variant.
Additionally, the leaks have suggested that the Nokia 8 would feature a physical Home Button on the front, which also would be the home of the fingerprint sensor. On the back, the phone would get a dual camera setup with Carl Zeiss lens and LED flash. The leaks also suggest that the device would get a Dual Hybrid SIM support, which means either you could use two Nano SIMs or one Nano SIM along with external microSD card.
It is also believed that the volume rockers and the power button would remain on the right side of the phone. Now, seeing these leaked images it feels like these units are prototype unit as these devices don’t have ‘Zeiss Logo’ at the back and there are few major typos in the device’s boot-up texts.
As far as specifications are concerned, Nokia 8 is believed to feature a 5.3-inch QHD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection, Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with 4/6GB of RAM & 64/128GB of internal storage, a 13MP dual rear camera with 12MP shooter at front, USB Type C support, Bluetooth 5.0, fast charging support. As far as pricing is concerned, the device may get a price tag around 600 Euro.
