Honor V9 is the forthcoming smartphone from the Huawei, which has just got its approval from the TENAA (Chinese telecommunication equipment certification center). Hence, we can expect the official launch of this device at the MWC 2017 press conference in Barcelona by 26th of February, together with those upcoming flagships in the P-series named as Huawei P10 and P10 Plus, as it is already anticipated. Until now we haven’t got any official information about this device’s release, but its leaked specs are quite impressive.
This handset bears some really good specs and high-end hardware features. Considering its name, we could say that this would be the successor of the Honor V8, a successful venture which was launched last year. Also, it is said that this device is coming out very soon to the Chinese market, and will be followed in other countries.
The Honor V9 will come-out with a stunningly big 5.7-inches TFT QHD screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels that provides a fabulous display. Its system is powered by the fast 2.4GHz Octa-Core Kirin 960 SoC chipset processor, integrated with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. The presence of the fingerprint sensor and dual SIM options with 4G LTE connectivity, are good. The device even provides a huge storage option, 6 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage, which is expandable via micro SD cards to the extent of 128 GB. Its operating system might either be Android 7.0 Nougat (or) Android 7.1 Nougat; and it is backed by a 3,900mAh battery that possess quick charge 4.0 support.
While on the camera part, this device would possess a dual camera setup on the rear, with 12-megapixel accompanied with a 2 MP camera for a perfect picture quality, and on the other hand the 8-megapixel front camera offers better selfies.
Moreover, this device would support all the latest connectivity options including: 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth v4.1, A2DP, LE; Wi-Fi, 3G, 2G, USB, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS; GPRS, FM, etc.
