Obviously, Motorola had been off for about a year, delivering no flagship smartphones. Well, it’s much of a delight now, as the company is now preparing to launch one. Yes, the new Moto X lineup is on the way with a new phone, dubbed Moto X4, which will expectantly come out by the Q4 of this year. Now, gist of its specs has been tipped by the famous tipster Even Blass.
Interestingly, the new leak stands largely in contrast with the various other leaks, on the device. Actually, Blass was the first one, who revealed that the name would be X4, during the time it was referred to as the Moto X (2017). Hence, we could credibly take it from him that the new Moto X4 would flaunt a 5.2-inch Full HD display, rendering a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

Further, it’s said to be stuffed with a Snapdragon 630 processor, clocked at 2.2GHz Octa-Core chipset; a 3000 mAh battery; and 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage. For photography, there is a dual camera setup, consisting a 12MP and an 8MP sensors. Upfront, a 16MP front-facing camera is provided for snapping selfies and video chat.
Further, its fingerprint sensor, is said to capable of recognizing gestures, for on-screen navigation; and an IP68 rating is also hinted for its resistance against water and dust. The other goodies are, Android Nougat OS, AI integration, always-on voice command and NFC. But however, there is no support for Moto Mod accessories, which was embraced in the Moto Z series.
Furthermore, on the pricing, Andi Yatim (leakster) states that it’d be a INR 20,999 (~$324) price tag. Some aspects still remains uncertain; hopefully, we’ll get more info about the Moto X4 rather than later.
