Moto G5S Leaked in three colors and a Full Metal Body

Today Few images have been leaked, apparently showing off the front and back sides of the Moto G5S. As per the previous leaks, it was said that the company had plans to expand their product portfolio, by releasing five different smartphones this year. Out of those, the Moto C and C Plus handsets were already been announced and will soon see the light of the day.

Further, the Moto Z2 Play and Z2 Force are grabbing everyone’s eye, as they are expected to be the next in line. They’re still in the rumor mill, and hopefully will be scheduled for launch soon.

The G5S is a while later in their schedule. Thanks to Android police, a trusted source, at least we have got an opportunity to have a glimpse of the alleged Moto G5S, with some images.

The leaked images have tipped off three color options for the G5S, which includes Gray, Gold and Dark Blue. Breaking the usual design outlook, the aluminium back plate and plastic sides, of the Moto G5 line, now the Motorola is shifting to a full-metal body design. This should give the device a slightly more premium look than any other G series phone.

Moreover, up front we could see a fingerprint sensor below the screen, and a Moto logo is positioned between the top screen and the earpiece. Moving on to the rear, the device includes a large hockey-puck style camera. Interestingly, we could even find the Motorola’s signature dimple below the rear camera, which we’ve been missing in the meantime.

The other interesting aspect is, instead of the usual plastic cut-out, the G5S features an antenna band at the top and bottom of the smartphone.

According to the previous leaks by the famous tipster, Even Blass, the G5S will sport a 5.2 inch display, rendering a resolution of 1080 pixels. Whereas, the G5S Plus will come with a 5.5-inch screen, rendering 1080 pixel resolution and dual cameras.

However, keep in mind that the above mentioned specs are still uncertain, because the phone hasn’t been officially announced yet.
