LG has already sent invites for the event on August 31st, at which we believe that the company would announce the much-awaited LG V30, so just a few days are remaining to know what actually LG has been planning. Meanwhile, we have received new sets of leaks regarding this V30 but this time these are design leaks. Now, first thing comes in mind seeing these leaked images that the V30 would be similar in look to LG G6 (from the front side).
Coming to the design aspect (analyzing the leaked images), one thing to notice here is, the company has really cut down the top and bottom bezels and are comparatively smaller than what we have in G6. Not only top and bottom bezels, the side bezels are also shorter than the G6’s sides, which is really an impressive thing. In G6, there is a logo printed at the bottom, which the company has removed in V30.
As far as display is concerned, the company has already cleared that the V30 would feature a plastic OLED display. And the previously leaked specifications suggest that this device would get a 6-inch Q+HD display with 18:9 aspect ratio. In a comparison with Galaxy S8+ and LG G6, we find that the V30 stands in the middle when it comes to size.
Looking at the other specification leaks, we believe that this device might get a Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Now, few leaks also suggest that there would be one more variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The launch event of the device is scheduled for August 31s at Berlin.
