A few weeks ago, the first rumors about the impressive LeEco Pro 3 made the rounds online, revealing that besides the high-end Snapdragon 821 chip, the handset could pack an impressive amount of RAM: 6 GB. However, the latest round of leaks reveal even more interesting details!
According to GSM Arena, the new LeEco Pro 3 could be available in a way more powerful variant with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. This spec sheet could be completed by a 5.7″ display, most likely with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, as well as a 13 MP dual rear camera setup and a 16 MP front-facing unit, so you can take the ultimate selfie.
Of course, such a big phone, with a big amount of processing power under the hood, is automatically in need of a a big battery. It seems that the LeEco Pro 3 will be powered by a 5000 mAh power pack, which will definitely keep the lights on for at least a day of intensive use.
We are very curious to see how this will influence the design of the phone. If they manage to maintain a slim design, it will surely be a phone to consider!
Moving on to the 6 GB variant of the handset, it’s expected to come with a 5.5″ full HD display and the same Snapdragon 821 chip under the hood, alongside 64 gigs of internal storage. The camera department will be represented by a 16MP/8MP duo, while the battery will be relatively smaller, with a capacity of 4070 mAh battery.
Currently, there’s no information about the pricing of the two LeEco 3 models, but they should be relatively affordable, compared with other Android-running handsets, with similar configurations.
LeEco is holding a special event on September 21 and it is believed that the Pro 3 will be the main attraction point, alongside other devices.
