Finally, the Chinese company LeEco has fixed a new name for its smartphone that had been often rumored, recently. The company has officially unveiled the device and well, it is not Le Max 3, as it had been hinted earlier; the name is ‘Le Pro 3 AI Edition’. Further, it will land in China from April 14th onward. We hope that its three new color variants Gold, Rose Gold and Black will delight the crowd to buy it.
Utterly, just hearing its name, we can easily make out that the phone would have something new, on the AI sector. Yes, the phone has its own virtual assistant built-in, named LeLe. You can talk to this new AI assistant, even when the phone screen is off and it seems that it is integrated with all of the LeEco’s apps.
Apart from that, the AI Edition is made available in two versions, which are the Standard and Eco.
The standard Le Pro 3 AI Edition, sports a 5.5-inch touch screen with 1080p resolution; and a dual rear camera, with two 13 MP sensors, where one will capture monochrome images and the other will capture the color details. Its other amazing features are the phase detection, auto focus, dual LED flash and 4 K Video recording capability at 30 fps.
There is also an 8 MP selfie shooter at the front, with 76.5-degree field of view. Moreover, the Standard version will come with a MediaTek Helio X23 chipset and 4GB of RAM, coupled with 32GB of built-in storage.
On the other hand, the Eco version will come with a MediaTek Helio X27 SoC and 64 GB of internal storage capacity. Except these, both the versions will retain the same, including the Android 6.0 Marshmallow, with the LeEco’s EUI overlaid; 4,000mAh battery; 152.4 x 75.1 x 7.5 mm in dimensions; and 168 grams in weight.
Regarding the price tag, the Standard version of the Le Pro 3 AI Edition will ship for CNY 1,199 (around $ 260 or € 245) and the Eco version will hold a price tag of CNY 2,399 ($ 347 or € 328). Anyhow, the choice is yours to choose the best one.
