After a few days ago, some mysterious images were showing a new smartphone dubbed LeEco X920, we eventually found out that it was the upcoming LeEco Le Max 3. And in order to make things even better, a new set of leaks, specs included, also made the rounds online today, giving us an idea about what we can expect from the handset!
The rear of the handset is very similar to the one seen on the Le Pro 3 AI edition, with a dual camera setup, as well as a fingerprint scanner, right under the two snappers.
Moving on, the leaked images of the LeEco Le Max 3 also show a USB Type-C port at the bottom, surrounded by two speaker grilles and a microphone. Unfortunately, we can’t see if a 3.5mm jack is also present, but we like to remain optimistic.
Spec-wise, the alleged Le Max 3 is expected to come with a 5.7″ display, rocking a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, with is just enough for this size. Initially, rumors were pointing to Qualcomm’s high-end chip under the hood, the Snapdragon 835, but it seems that the phone will actually rely on the 821 instead, aided by 6GB of RAM.
And finally, let’s return to the camera. As mentioned above, it will have two 13MP snappers on the back, while the selfie department is expected to take things one step further, thanks to the 16MP front-facing unit.
Currently, there isn’t any exact information regarding an eventual launch date, considering the LeEco is dealing with some financial issues.
