It’s been a year since the Le Max 2 was released from the house of LeEco, which is considerably a prominent time frame to expect a successor to it. But the company was said to be in works for such a device, the Le Max 3, long before than now. However, the device didn’t make it to the public, but rather caught up in various leaks. Correspondingly, now we’ve got a set of live images of the Le Max 3.
Sourcing from SlashLeaks, the images have portrayed the upcoming successor phone clearly, almost in all possible angles. Going through the design aspects of the phone, revealed by the new leak, we couldn’t be very much surprised. It carries the same kind of outlook, we’ve seen already in its predecessor, a year ago.
Up front, there is a massive screen, probably a 5.7” one, set in between, almost non-existent bezels on the sides. The top bezel carries the selfie shooter, while the bottom one holds the capacitive buttons. Moving to the back of the device, we could see a dual camera, below which the fingerprint sensor is placed. We could also find the phone to be significantly thinner, in some of the images.
The new leak also comprises a few pictures, with the phone’s display showing the lock screen, home screen and even the About sections. What we could infer from those is, the device is featured with a 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. Reports, even has it that there will also be 8 GB RAM variant.
Apart from all these, there is one important thing to be noted. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 821 SoC. Though, we could say that the processor isn’t competent, we were actually expecting a SD 835. Besides, rumors have been rounding that there will be an AI assistant with this upcoming smartphone, but there is nothing in the leak, to confirm it.
Talking about its launch, the Le Max 3 was already expected to be unveiled by April 11th. It’s needless to say that it didn’t happen. Moreover, there are no inclining reports about the exact launch date. Let’s wait and watch.
