Huawei is a Chinese multinational networking and telecommunications company that has been manufacturing mobile phones since 1997. This month (January) 2017, they launched a new Smartphone named ‘P8 Lite (2017)’, which turned out to be a great success in the Smartphone market. The device had many interesting features and specifications, which attracted the consumers and the best among that was its OS. The Android’s latest version 7.0 nougat was included along with Huawei’s EMUI 5.0, which gives the device a distinctive look and feel.
Now here comes a freshly leaked report, mentioning that the Huawei is going to endow the market with a few more of their Smartphones, featuring the latest program EMUI 5.0, which already had a good-review among their consumers. The expected devices that may yield updates throughout this year are Huawei’s Honor 6X, Honor Note 8, Huawei G9 Plus and Huawei Nova.
In a Chinese micro blogging website ‘Weibo’, the list of the expected devices were enlisted and according to them the first device that gets update is the ‘Huawei Nova’ in March, after which the Huawei G9 Plus and Honor Note 8 are to be followed, in April. Meanwhile, Huawei’s Honor 6X is also being expected to receive update, by May 2017.
The leaked information about the Huawei Nova has firmed-up; so that we could expect the same for all the remaining devices charted by Weibo. However during the flagship of Huawei’s ‘Mate 9’, the company had officially announced about their up-coming acts that might be executed targeting the mid-range Smartphones.
EMUI (Encrypted Mobile User Identity) has got the ability to add applications to folders easily; according to reports, the latest android based operating system from Huawei ‘EMUI 5.0’ is expected to carry lots of improvements in their interface design and many security features are also been added, to ensure the safety of our data. Further, Huawei have also stated that the EUMI 5.0 helps the users in activating 90% of its main functions within two or three clicks; automatically optimizes its machine learning; improves battery efficiency; and some additional features such as ‘App lock’ for security purpose and it stays fast throughout its performance.
