The first ever commercial Android phone manufacturer HTC has announced a higher storage version of their latest flagship device, HTC U11. It features a whopping 128GB internal storage and a 6GB RAM, whereas the previous one featured 64GB + 4GB in terms of memory. The new version of the smartphone is up for pre-orders in the US, starting from today, where it carries a price tag of $729.
Rather than the internal storage and RAM, all other features of the new storage variant are simply same as that of its other sibling. Accordingly, the device sports a 5.5 inches display, with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution; operates on Snapdragon 835 Octa-Core processor and Adreno 540 GPU; and is adorned with a 12 MP primary camera, with dual-LED flash and a 16 MP Selfie shooter.
It obtains power from a non-removable 3000 mAh battery, which holds the charge for up to 24.5 hours of talk time; and runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS. To evince further about the HTC U11, it is primarily known for its new-age Edge Sense feature; with which the handset can be squeezed, to enable various functions, like taking photos, launching favorite apps, texting and so on.
Besides announcing the higher storage version of the HTC U11, The company has also offered huge discounts for their other major smartphones. As per it, we can avail a, $250 off for the HTC U Ultra, which deduces its price to $499 USD; $300 off for the HTC 10 and with this, its price becomes $399, and also $180 off for HTC’s UA Health Box products.
