Huawei has a special event scheduled for today, February 21, where the new Honor V9 handset, as well as the Honor 8 Youth Edition will be officially unveiled. However, rumors claim that we will see more than just two smartphones, as a completely new tablet might join the line-up!
To be more specific, we’re talking about the Honor Pad 3 model, which was recently spotted on the TENAA certification website, rocking the KOB-L09 code name!
Apparently, the main attraction point of the tablet is the all-metal three-stage design, which gives it a premium look, even though we’re most likely dealing with a mid-range model. the rear camera is present, in the top left corner, as well as a front-facing one, but, unfortunately, no fingerprint scanner.
As for the colors, the Honor Pad 3 is rumored to be available in Diamond and Gray.
Moving on to the specs, the TENAA listing mentions an 8″ TFT display, with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, it will have a quad-core processor, probably a MediaTek model, clocked at 1.4GHz.
The chip will be aided by 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of onboard storage.
Like mentioned above, the tablet has cameras on both sides, the rear-mounted one rocking a 5 MP sensor, while the selfie department is represented by a 2 MP snapper.
Finally, we should mention the 4,650 mAh battery and the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
