Honor 9i With Four Cameras and 5.9″ Display Smartphone Launched in India for Rs 17,999

Honor 9i, which is also known as Honor Nova 2i in the Malaysian market, Maimang 6 in the Chinese market and Honor Mate 10 Lite in Global Market, has got launched in India for Rs 19,999. However, the device will be available on Flipkart for Rs 17,999 (for the limited period). Now, let me clear one thing first, there is no noticeable change in the device, if compared with the global variant.

Honor 9i

As far as specifications are concerned, the device comes with a 5.9 inches LCD display with very small bezels on top and bottom, HiSilicon Kirin 659 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, dual rear camera sensor (16 MP + 2 MP) and dual front camera sensor (13 MP + 2 MP).

Additionally, the device also gets a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, external microSD support, and 3,340 mAh battery. Sadly, there is no fast charging support. Overall, the device looks premium, thanks to its bezel-less design. The device runs on EMUI 5.1 on top of Android Nougat out of the box and it is believed that it will receive Android Oreo update in future.

As far as availability is concerned, the device will be available exclusively on Flipkart from October 14th for Rs 17,999 (limited period offer). As of now, it has been said that the device will be available in three color variants, Black, Blue, Gold.
