Quad cameras haven’t become a serious deal in smartphones yet. But still, it is an emerging trend, just like the dual rear cameras did, in the previous years. Yes, it means, it will soon be the most wanted feature in smartphones. On that note, the upcoming Gionee S10, featured with quad ones, is soon going to be launched. Now we’ve got to look at how the cameras perform, with the sample pictures.
Well, quad cameras are nothing but a dual camera setup, in both front and back. Initially the dual cameras at the rear was well received by the crowd, which eventually paved way for a dual camera in the front too. Therefore, it is obvious that the next step would be a dual camera in both the sides. We already have a handful of smartphones with this feature and hence, it isn’t a scarce one to find.
But however, the feature isn’t going to become a vogue, until there comes something that is ultimately efficient; and that’s here. The images shown here are reportedly the camera samples of Gionee S10, which manifests the power of the new-age camera setup.
The images are compelling and looks professional, with rich color details and depth of field. The rear camera is apparently adorned with a 16 MP and an 8 MP sensors; whereas the front camera is featured with a 20 MP and 8 MP sensors. The 8 MP one, offered for the selfie shooter, should probably be coupled with a wide-angle lens, for a bigger groupie.
Apart from the camera samples, the other thing revealed about the phone, is its color options. The Gionee S10 is expected to come in five different hues, such as Black, Blue, Green, Silver and Red. An official imaging coming the device in all five color options, also surfaced recently. Hence, the device seems to be colorful, both from inside and outside.
Talking about its specs, the phone is expected to be featured with a 5.5-inch FHD screen; powered by a Mediatek Octa-Core processor, clocked at 2.5 GHz; 4 GB RAM; and 64 GB internal storage. The device would run on Android 7.0 Nougat OS and pack a 3450 mAh battery. A clear picture of its specs is soon expected to be revealed.
