Install Android 7.0 Nougat Update On Honor 8
Step 1: Download the Android 7.0 Nougat ROM for Honor 8, and extract it.
Step 2: Create a dload folder on your microSD card and copy the update.app file you just extracted over there.
Step 3: Dial *#*#2846579#*#* in order to open a hidden menu.
Step 4: In the hidden menu, click on Project Menu > Software Upgrade > SD Card Upgrade.
Step 5: Select the update.app file and run it. Wait for about 10 minutes, until the process is completed.
Step 6: Reboot your Honor 8.
Step 7: Extract the second file, update_data_full_hw_eu, using this link, and save all the files in the dload folder.
Step 8: Repeat steps 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Step 1: Download the stock ROM for Honor 8, using the link provided above, and extract it.
Step 2: Create a dload folder on your memory card and put the update.app file over there.
Step 3: Turn off your Honor 8.
Step 4: Press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button, in order to launch the update process.
Step 5: Wait for about 10 minutes, until the update process is completed.
Step 6: Extract the update_data_full_hw_eu file now, available above, and put all the files in the dload folder.
Step 7: Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5.
