Coolpad has launched a new smartphone in India, with the moniker Note 5 Lite C. So far, the company had been on selling their device only through the online mediums, but this time the company has come out with a new thought. Yes, the newly launched device will be available for purchase, only on offline channels.
Hence, the Note 5 Lite C is the first offline exclusive phone, from the house of Coolpad. It comes in two hues such as Gold and Grey and is put up with the price tag of INR 7,777. The sales are slated to start from tomorrow, by means of about 3,000 multi-brand stores, across eight states throughout India.
It looks neat with a full metal body, sporting a 5-inch HD display, throwing out a 1280×720 pixel resolution; and a 2.5D glass on top. Under the hood, it is a Quad-Core Snapdragon 210 SoC, clocked at 1.1GHz; 2GB of RAM; and 16GB of inbuilt storage. The internal storage is expandable up to 64GB through a microSD card.
Further, the handset sports three capacitive buttons on its front; whereas the fingerprint sensor is located on the rear. We could also see thin antenna lines running across the top and bottom of the device’s back panel. Camera-wise, it features an 8-megapixel sensor on the back and a 5-megapixel sensor for the selfie shooter. It packs a 2,500mAh battery and runs on Android 7.1 Nougat OS.
Apart from the launch of the new phone, the company confirmed that it would release four more offline devices in the future, throughout India. However, it is also not doing away with the online sales. Yes, Coolpad has also confirmed that a flagship device is coming by August 20th, which will be available exclusively on Amazon.
