New Asus Zenfone 4 Series Leaked By Roland Quandt

Asus is keeping up a busy schedule, toiling a slew of new phones, under its Zenfone 4 series, to be launched this year. The company has already started off the year very well, announcing the World’s first ever 8GB RAM phone, the Zenfone AR at the CES 2017 event. Now, its plan for pushing new devices into the line, is revealed by a new leak, coming from the renowned tipster Roland Quandt’s Tweet.

As per the new leak, there are Zenfone 4, 4v, Max, Pro, and interestingly, a Zenfone 4 Selfie is also on the line for launch. Let’s have a look on each of the newly leaked devices:

Zenfone 4 Max (ZC554KL): The device was initially revealed, while it was out to pass the Bluetooth certification process. Back then, the Device ID was set to be ASUS_X001D, which now also seems the phone’s model number too.

Zenfone 4 Pro: This one is still in questions, as we haven’t heard much about this device. But, the ‘Pro’ in its name, can indicate that this one would be a better developed version of the Zenfone 4, coming with a Device ID, ASUS_Z01GD_1 and model number, ASUS_Z01GD. Hence, we could expect better internals, comparatively.

Zenfone 4 Selfie: As the very name infers, this will be a selfie oriented phone, possibly succeeding the Zenfone Selfie, released back in 2015. The previous launch carried a 13 MP camera, both on front and the rear, with a dedicated flash for the selfie shooter. Hence we can expect the same kind of or even better selfie features with this new device.

Zenfone 4V: Again, this one is also a device in question, being a totally new one in the family. It carries ASUS-A006 as the Device ID and model number. We are waiting to know more about it.

Zenfone 4 (ZE554KL): And finally comes the real Zenfone 4. The new leak, implies that there will be two different variants for the phone, with Device ID and model number of ASUS_Z01KD_1 & ASUS_Z01KDA and ASUS_Z01KD_2 & ASUS_Z01KD, respectively.
